The Mint has THE BEST bartendar ever! Willy serves up ice cold beer that makes a girl quiver with joy!
I had the BEST burger there as well. The Mint pretty much rocks!

DISAPPOINTING. Arrived at 4:30pm as the web site states and told we had to wait an hour because the bar only opens at 4:30pm, staff was RUDE. After paying my bill, I was short changed $20 because the waitress said she didn't have change hoping I would give her an extra tip. I will never eat there again and heard locals in Silverthorne, Frisco, and Breckenridge talk BAD about the place. My best advise is go somewhere else to spend your money and enjoy a better atmosphere!

When my sister lived in Silverthorne in the late 90's The Mint was a necessary stop everytime we visited. I can't wait to stop by the next time I am in Colorado!!!

was at the Mint in August of 1992 for Corvettes on the Rockies. What a great time and meal I had at the Mint. I plan on visiting soon to see if anything has changed.

I was in town doing my mountain training for Kincaid Coach Lines and we stopped in and had dinner one night. It was the most unique dining experience I ever had.

Just gave my son $150 worth of American Express Gift Certificates with instructions to take his girlfriend and her parents to the mint. This is an experience I wouldn't want them to miss. I'll be out with friends the following week and it will be one of the highlights of our trip!

We go skiing once a year and always plan one evening for "The Mint". What a great place you pick your own steak, cook it yourself if you wish all the while enjoying a great atmosphere and cold beer. Would like to add also exceptional service.

We stop here all of the time and have never had a bad steak. It is the best and fun. The staff is great. Quite a cast of characters at the bar too, that adds to the old west ambience.
